Meditation

Stillness Is the Ultimate Power. One-on-one and group meditation guidance rooted in Vipassana insight, Nada Yoga, and Inner Engineering awareness practices.

The Practice

More Than Relaxation

At RaagVeda, our meditation sessions are more than relaxation — they are journeys inward. Meditation, as we approach it, is not a technique for managing stress. It is the cultivation of a different relationship with your own mind.

"In silence, the soul speaks. Come listen."

Three Traditions

Our Meditation Approaches

Vipassana-Inspired Stillness

Vipassana — "insight" in Pali — is one of the oldest forms of meditation. It involves sustained, non-reactive observation of whatever arises: sensation, thought, breath, emotion. It cultivates the capacity to be with what is, without being swept away.

Nada Yoga — Sound as Meditation

Nada Yoga is the yoga of sound — using tone and vibration as the object of meditation. Combined with Indian raagas, this approach invites the meditator to rest awareness in the sound itself, following it as it arises, resonates, and dissolves.

Inner Engineering Awareness

Inspired by ancient yogic approaches to inner energy, this practice focuses on the quality of the inner body — aliveness, attention, and a stable inner foundation. Sessions begin with breath, move through body awareness, and open into quiet, alert presence.

How We Meet

Session Formats

One-on-One Coaching

Private sessions tailored entirely to where you are. We begin with a brief, unhurried conversation about your experience and intention — and then we practice. 45–60 minutes. In-person or remote.

Guided Audio Journeys

Meditation sessions integrated with original RaagVeda music. The raaga provides a sound object for awareness, deepening the quality that pure silence sometimes lacks. Available in-session and through the app.

Group Sessions

There is a particular quality to meditating with others — a collective stillness that can deepen individual experience. We offer occasional group sessions. Contact us for upcoming dates.

Begin with a single session.

You do not need a practice before you arrive. Come as you are.
