3b. Website — Automatically Collected Information

3c. RaagVeda Sense App — Local Device Storage Only

The RaagVeda Sense mobile application stores the following data locally on your device only, using your device's standard storage. This data is never transmitted to our servers:

3d. Subscription and Purchase Information

When you subscribe to RaagVeda Premium, the purchase is processed entirely by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). We do not receive, store, or process your payment card details.

We may receive a confirmation signal from the platform that a subscription is active, in order to validate your access within the App. We do not receive your billing details, name, address, or payment method from Apple or Google.

3e. Email Communications

If you email us at raagvedasense@gmail.com, we retain your email address and message content to respond to you. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent. We do not share your email with third parties.

4. What We Do Not Collect

• Your name, address, date of birth, or government-issued identification
• Health data, medical history, or symptom information of any kind
• Biometric data (fingerprints, face scans, voice prints)
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Device contacts, calendar, photos, camera, or microphone access
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID) — we have no advertising
• Cross-app or cross-site tracking data
• Financial information beyond what Apple/Google communicate for subscription validation
• Sensitive personal data (race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, political views)

5. How We Use Information

We use the limited information we collect only for the following purposes:

The RaagVeda Sense App

The mobile application does not use browser cookies. It uses your device's local storage (SharedPreferences on Android, NSUserDefaults on iOS) as described in Section 3c.

7. Third-Party Services

We work with a limited number of third-party services, described below. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We do not integrate social media trackers, advertising networks, or data broker services.

8. No Advertising

Our business model is a direct subscription: users pay us for unlimited access. We have no commercial relationship with advertisers of any kind.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

• App local data — stored on your device until you uninstall the App, clear app data, or reset your device. We have no server-side copy.
• Email correspondence — retained for as long as necessary to resolve the matter, then deleted. We do not keep permanent email archives of user inquiries.
• Server logs — typically retained for 30–90 days for security purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
• Subscription validation data — retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable period thereafter for dispute resolution and legal compliance.

You may request deletion of data we hold about you at any time. See Section 12 (Your Rights) for how to make such a request.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited personal data we handle, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all web traffic
• Platform-level security for app data (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore for subscription tokens)
• Limited access to any correspondence received by email
• No server-side storage of app user preferences or health-adjacent data

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions where a higher minimum age applies under applicable data protection law).
