1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any service operated by Rase Solutions Inc — including but not limited to raagveda.com, the RaagVeda Sense mobile application, any content we publish, or any email or digital communication we send — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using our Services. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and customers of our Services, wherever located.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer, all of which form part of the legal agreement between you and Rase Solutions Inc.

2. Our Services

Rase Solutions Inc ("Company," "we," "us," "our") operates the following services (collectively, "Services"):

• The website at raagveda.com and all subdomains
• The RaagVeda Sense mobile application, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• All original music, audio recordings, compositions, and raga recordings produced or licensed by Rase Solutions Inc
• All written content, raga descriptions, blog articles, and educational materials published under the RaagVeda brand
• Email newsletters, communications, and digital correspondence
• Any other products, tools, or services we may offer in the future

Important: Our Services are wellness and relaxation services only. They are not medical services, clinical services, or therapeutic services. See Section 9 for the full Medical Disclaimer.

3. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, Rase Solutions Inc grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

• Access and browse raagveda.com for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Download, install, and use the RaagVeda Sense App on a device you own or control
• Listen to the audio content within the App for personal, non-commercial enjoyment

This is a licence only. You do not acquire any ownership rights in our Services, content, software, or intellectual property by using or paying for access to our Services.

This licence is automatically revoked if you violate any of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

4a. Ownership

All content and materials within our Services are owned by Rase Solutions Inc and/or Raakesh Blokhra, unless expressly stated otherwise. This includes, without limitation:

• The name "RaagVeda," "RaagVeda Sense," and all associated branding, logos, and trade dress
• All original music compositions, arrangements, and recordings
• All raga interpretations and performances
• All raga descriptions, written content, and educational copy
• The RaagVeda Sense application design, interface, and user experience
• All images, artwork, graphics, and visual design elements
• All website content, articles, and publications

Our content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws in the United States and internationally.

Some images used on this website are from royalty free image distribution, and we give credits to the following contributors

4b. Prohibited Uses

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display any of our content
• Record, rip, extract, download, or capture the audio from the App or website by any means
• Remix, sample, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from our music, recordings, or written content
• Resell, sublicence, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of our Services or content
• Upload our content to any streaming platform, social media platform, or file-sharing service
• Use any of our content — including text, audio, raga descriptions, or design elements — to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence model, machine learning system, or automated tool
• Use our name, logo, or brand in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

4c. Permitted Uses

The following are permitted without additional permission:

• Personal listening within the App
• Sharing a link to raagveda.com or to our App Store listing
• Brief quotation (under 50 words) of written content with clear attribution and a link to our site
• Referencing our brand name in factual, non-commercial contexts (e.g., news reporting, academic citation)

4d. Traditional Knowledge Acknowledgment

Our work is inspired by Indian classical music and the raga tradition. We acknowledge the traditional knowledge, cultural heritage, and generational transmission of this tradition. Our interpretations, descriptions, and compositions are our own creative works and do not claim to represent or speak for any institution, school, or tradition of Indian classical music.

5. Access Model

5a. First 7 Days — Unlimited Free Access

New users of the RaagVeda Sense App receive unlimited raga listening during the first 7 calendar days from the date of first use. This period:

• Begins on the first day the App is opened on your device
• Is calculated from the date stored on your device, not any server
• Does not require a payment method or any payment
• Is not an auto-renewing paid trial
• Ends automatically after 7 calendar days

5b. After 7 Days — Free Daily Access

After the 7-day period, users who do not subscribe may listen to one (1) complete raga per calendar day at no charge. This free tier:

• Resets automatically each new calendar day (midnight local time)
• Is available indefinitely and does not expire
• Does not require payment or an account
• Is subject to change upon reasonable notice

5c. Premium — Unlimited Access

RaagVeda Premium is an optional subscription that provides unlimited listening. See Section 6 for full subscription terms.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

6a. Subscription Plans

Prices shown in USD. Local currency pricing is set by and displayed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

6b. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your App Store or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

6c. Managing and Cancelling

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → RaagVeda Sense
• Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RaagVeda Sense

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Premium features until that time. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.

6d. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Rase Solutions Inc does not receive, store, or process your payment card information. Billing inquiries should be directed to the respective platform.

6e. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will notify existing subscribers of price changes through the applicable app store, which will require subscriber consent before the new price applies to your renewal.

6f. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective refund policies. We do not control and cannot override their refund decisions. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the platform:

6g. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or use a new device, use the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings to recover your subscription. Rase Solutions Inc is not responsible for failure to restore caused by issues with your app store account.

7. Free Tier

The free tier of RaagVeda Sense (1 raga per day after the initial 7-day period) is offered at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable advance notice.

The free tier is provided as-is. We make no warranty that the free tier will remain available or unchanged. Your continued access to Premium features requires an active, paid subscription.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for their intended, lawful purpose. You must not:

• Use while operating a vehicle or machinery. Do not use RaagVeda Sense or listen to audio content while driving, operating heavy machinery, cycling in traffic, or engaging in any activity that requires your full attention and may create a danger to yourself or others
• Access our Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, subscription validation, or usage limits
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access our Services without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use our Services to harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services, systems, or databases
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code through our Services
• Use our content or brand to spread misinformation about the nature of our Services

9. Medical Disclaimer

Our Services — including all audio content, written descriptions, category names, and wellness associations — are designed for relaxation, meditation, and general wellness support only.

Nothing in our Services should be construed as:

• Diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any disease, disorder, or health condition
• Medical advice or clinical guidance of any kind
• A replacement or substitute for professional medical care, psychiatric care, or any licensed health service
• Clinically tested or medically approved therapy
• Endorsement of any specific health claim or clinical outcome

Do not delay seeking or disregard professional medical advice because of anything you read, hear, or experience through our Services. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns, symptoms, diagnoses, or treatment decisions.

Category names in the App such as "Stress Relief," "Sleep Support," and "Calm & Grounding" describe the listening intention of the content. They are inspired by traditional raga associations and are not claims of medical efficacy. Individual experiences with raga listening vary.

10. Research References

Our About section and website may reference published academic research related to music, raga listening, relaxation, and wellness. These references are provided for educational and contextual purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Claims that RaagVeda Sense itself has been clinically studied, tested, or approved
• Endorsement by any research institution, journal, or government body
• Proof that listening to our specific recordings produces any specific health outcome
• Medical or clinical evidence applicable to any individual user's health condition

We distinguish carefully between: (1) the traditional cultural associations of ragas; (2) general academic research on music and wellness conducted by independent researchers; and (3) the RaagVeda Sense app experience, which is a wellness listening product and not a clinical intervention. These three things are not interchangeable.

11. No Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Without limiting the above, Rase Solutions Inc expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• Our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• Any content or information in our Services is accurate, complete, current, or reliable
• Any specific wellness, relaxation, sleep, or other outcome will result from use of our Services
• Our Services will meet your particular needs or expectations
• Any defects in our Services will be corrected within any specific timeframe

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RASE SOLUTIONS INC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill
• Physical injury, personal injury, or emotional distress arising from your use of our Services
• Health outcomes, wellness results, or lack thereof from listening to our content
• Loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information provided in our Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Conduct of any third party in connection with our Services
• Any other matter arising out of or related to our Services

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to our Services exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for personal injury or certain damages. In such jurisdictions, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rase Solutions Inc, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use or misuse of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third party's rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through our Services

We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of any such claim.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time and for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, with or without notice.

You may stop using our Services at any time. To cancel a subscription, follow the process described in Section 6c.

Upon termination, your licence to use our Services ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property (4), Medical Disclaimer (9), No Warranties (11), Limitation of Liability (12), Indemnification (13), and Governing Law (16) — survive termination indefinitely.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts paid to the App Store.

15. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, research publications, external resources, or app stores. These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only. They do not constitute our endorsement of the linked site, its content, or the organisation behind it.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service. You access third-party sites at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Links to academic research do not constitute our endorsement of the research findings, methods, or conclusions as applicable to our specific Services.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you are a consumer located in the EU or UK, you may also have the benefit of mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under such laws.

Attorney Note: Confirm the appropriate governing law jurisdiction with your attorney before publishing, particularly if your business or users are concentrated in specific jurisdictions.

17. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact us at raagvedasense@gmail.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, you and Rase Solutions Inc agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by [Attorney Note: specify arbitration body, e.g. JAMS or AAA] under its [applicable] Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in [state your preferred location or "remotely"].

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us individually. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or representative action against us.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, including for intellectual property infringement. Small claims court actions are also excepted where eligible.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Post the updated Terms at this URL
• Where required by law, notify you directly or seek your consent

Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using our Services.
